PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION NOTICE (KVKK)

This Personal Data Processing Information Notice (“Notice”) has been prepared by Yaşar Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Brand: Fethiye Lovers Travel Agency) in its capacity as Data Controller, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

2) For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?

Your personal data may be processed in line with KVKK and general principles of data processing for the following purposes:
• Managing requests, reservations, and service delivery for transfers, car rentals, tours/activities, and villa rentals.
• Planning and carrying out operations, customer support, communication and complaint/feedback handling.
• Conducting accounting and finance processes, invoicing, and fulfilling legal obligations.
• Ensuring website and transaction security (e.g., preventing misuse, maintaining logs).
• Sending commercial communications (campaigns/updates) only if you provide your explicit consent where required.

3) Which Categories of Personal Data May Be Processed?

Depending on the nature of your request/transaction, we may process:
• Identity & Contact: Name-surname, phone number, email address.
• Reservation/Service Details: Date/time, route, number of passengers/participants, service type, notes/special requests.
• Billing/Payment-related Information: Invoicing details (when necessary).
• Transaction Security: IP address, access logs, device/session information (during website use).
• Customer Communications: Messages/call records where applicable (when you contact us via available channels).

We do not request special categories of personal data as a rule. If it becomes strictly necessary in specific cases, processing will be carried out in accordance with KVKK requirements.

4) To Whom and For What Purposes May Your Data Be Transferred?

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to what is necessary and in line with the purpose, to:
• Business partners/suppliers required for service delivery (e.g., drivers, vehicle providers, tour/activity operators, villa operations partners).
• Accounting/finance service providers and relevant stakeholders for invoicing and financial processes.
• Authorised public institutions and authorities when required by law.
• IT/hosting/email and technical infrastructure providers when needed for service continuity and security.

Where applicable, necessary administrative and technical measures are taken for the security of transfers.

5) Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal data may be collected through: Online forms on our websites, email, phone/WhatsApp communications, and website usage logs in electronic environments, by fully or partially automated means, or by non-automated means provided that it forms part of a data recording system.

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with its purpose.
• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically/abroad.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Request deletion/destruction of data under the conditions set out in KVKK.
• Request notification of correction/deletion to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
• Object to results against you arising from analysis by solely automated means.
• Request compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.
